Dimitra Androulaki DipPsych, MBPsS, ICADC, ECP

She is a graduate from the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogic, Psychology (majoring in psychology), Aristotelion University of Thessalonica, Greece, and holds the Diploma in Psychology [DipPsych] (conversion for postgraduates) degree from the Open University, UK. From 1994 to 1998 she undertook training in Systemic & Family Therapy at the Laboratory for the Study of Human Relations (LSHR), Athens, Greece. She has also special training in: group dynamics, drug abuse counselling and treatment, management & social planning in addictions, motivational interviewing, and treatment & rehabilitation of individuals with mental illness or special needs. She has worked for 18 years (1993-2011) with drug abusing adolescents and their families at the Therapy Center for Dependent Individuals (KETHEA), Athens, Greece.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology (BA Psychology) from the American College of Greece as well as a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology (M.Sc Clinical Psychology) from Leiden University in the Netherlands. She has further received training in Systemic – Family Therapy, Couples Therapy and Systemic Clinical Diagnosis at the Training and Research Institute for Systemic Psychotherapy “Λόγω Ψυχής”.

She graduated from the Department of Psychology, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and carried on her studies at the same Institution where she was awarded the master’s degree in “Career Counseling and Guidance”. She has concluded the 4-year Clinical Training Program in Systemic Psychotherapy as well as the Clinical training program in systemic diagnosis and the Training Program in Couples Therapy at the Training and Research Institute for Systemic Psychotherapy “Λόγω Ψυχής”.
